    kempegowda BDA layout has come near to dodda alada mara, 8 lane bangalore-mysore highway from central govt. many well developed residential sites surrounded by Engg, Medical, global village IT, metro to bidadi. seeing all these major developments around doadda alada mara we can easily sell 2000 per sft in SLN City. if any body is selling for 800 to 1000 could be a litigation property. Most of the Property in SLN City are genuine and litigation free properties.

    Hi All..
    First of all, real sorry for all investors here who would have paid 350 to 400 per sq feet in 2007, Had we invested in north Bangalore we could have got 10 times appreciation. Even bank deposit of 400/- would have become close to 1000/- by now without any hassle.

    Having said that don't get disappointed may be things might improve after 2019,

    here are some recent facts

    Latest development... as far as layout is concerned its goin on a v slow pace. They are yet to complete the approaching main roads.. However if you own a plot here you would somehow find a way to reach there.
    As far as market is concerned, Last few months hardly any plots got sold.. Ppl have sold it at 600 to 800 price prior demonetisation but after that almost the sales have been stalled due to slow down in real estate. If you get a price like 800+ you can happily sell your plot.. Some ppl are quoting 1000 to 1300 per sq feet which is very unrealistic considering the current market scenario, If you are one of them pl visit the place and understand the ground reality..

    I visited Tavarekere where many brokers are available but could not get any calls seeking the plot. I guess for couple of years things might not improve. If you have the patience pl hold if not its good to sell if you get anything above 800 rupees...

      There are many versions.. some say 800, some others 100/1200. Some one who has sold a site in SLN CITY should announce the price. Only then we will know the realistic picture.. regards

    I agree with Mr. Bhaskar. I went in person and enquired many broker as buyer and result is really shocking..with the current situation, there is no demand for sites in SLN city peddanapalya. I even questioned gram panchayat people on sharp increase in property tax, which has increased from Rs.400 to Rs. 1500 without any sort of development been done in that area. Highly neglected part of Bangalore without any progress or appreciation in real estate.
